At Crawford QS, our role is simple: to give clients clarity and control over construction costs from initial concept through to final account.
Crawford QS was founded in 2021 by Seán Crawford to provide specialist quantity surveying and commercial management services to the construction industry.
We focus on residential construction and general estimation, supporting architects, developers, builders and homeowners with clear, reliable cost advice. Our experience spans residential, renewable, educational, commercial and hospitality projects, with a particular focus on Dublin and the wider Irish market.
How We Work
The team at Crawford QS is highly detail‑orientated and solutions‑driven. We thrive on finding practical answers to complex project challenges while respecting budget constraints and programme requirements.
We are also strong believers in the digitisation of the construction industry. We continuously research and adopt modern methods of construction and digital tools to improve accuracy, transparency and efficiency in how costs are planned, tracked and reported.
